At the core of the 6255G is a dual ceramic ball bearing system that minimises shaft movement, improves transient response, and increases long-term durability under high boost. The turbo is equipped with PSR’s advanced 9-blade PTG-Aero billet compressor wheel featuring Extended Tapered Tip Technology to maximise flow while maintaining quick spool characteristics. Matching this is a 9-blade PTG-Aero Inconel 713C turbine wheel, built to withstand extreme exhaust temperatures and repeated hard use.

A ported-shroud compressor cover with an integrated speed sensor port helps stabilise airflow and reduces surge, giving tuners greater control over turbo speed and efficiency. With properly matched fuel and tuning, the 6255G comfortably supports power levels up to 800 BHP.
