Performance Springs PST 975103K is a complete PACALOY™ Ovate Beehive Valve Spring and Titanium Retainer Kit designed specifically for the Ford BA/BF/FG XR 4.0L Turbo Barra 24-valve inline 6-cylinder engine.
This kit combines Performance Valve Springs' single PACALOY™ ovate beehive valve springs with lightweight titanium retainers, providing an upgraded valve train solution for performance Barra engine applications.
The springs are specified at 95 lb seat pressure and 235 lb at 0.500" valve lift, with an installed height of 1.500".

The PST 975103K provides a complete valve spring and retainer upgrade for Ford Barra 4.0L 24-valve turbo applications. Performance Valve Springs manufactures the titanium retainers in-house. The supplier notes that the majority of its titanium retainers do not fit the OEM spring, so compatibility should be confirmed before installation.
Important: Always verify installed height, valve lift, spring pressures, dimensions, retainer compatibility and application suitability before installation. Performance Valve Springs states that valve spring pressure specifications have an approximate ±8% tolerance. The installer is responsible for checking all dimensions, pressures, applications and specifications before, during and after installation.
