Suits all LS engines (e.g. LS1, LS2, LS3, LS6, L76, L77, L98, LSA, LSX and variants). Designed for factory-style front-mounted oil pumps and standard pickup tube architecture.
Installation Notes
- Choose the correct O-ring (Blue 12557752 or Red 12584922) based on your pickup tube design. Lightly lubricate before assembly.
- Ensure the pickup seats squarely into the pump and the PUG001 girdle is installed per instructions to clamp the joint evenly.
- Verify pickup-to-pan clearance (commonly ~6–8 mm) and check for pan baffle/interference before final torque.
- Prime the pump on assembly and use quality engine oil on first start. Always follow OEM torque specs and procedures.
