Fitment Notes
- Designed for non-AFM LS engines (e.g. LS1/LS2/LS3/LS6/L98).
- Not compatible with L76/L77 AFM or LSA engines.
- Verify sump, pickup and accessory drive combinations during mock-up.
- Use the correct pickup tube O-ring for your pickup design (see below).
Installation Tips
- Inspect and replace the pickup O-ring; lightly lubricate before assembly.
- Seat the pickup squarely into the pump; check pickup-to-pan clearance (commonly ~6–8 mm).
- Prime the pump on assembly and use quality oil on first start.
- Follow OEM torque specs and alignment procedures.

- PUG001 Pickup Tube Girdle – reinforces the pickup-to-pump joint
