High rpm, high boost or track use normally justify upgrading the pump or billet gears, especially on engines known for oil pump weakness.
Do I need an oil restrictor or head drain?
Some DOHC turbo engines benefit from a restrictor and head drain to control oil pooling at high rpm. Whether you need one depends on your build.
