This PVS Single PACALOY™ Ovate Beehive Valve Spring, Titanium Retainer and Shim Kit is engineered specifically for Mitsubishi 4G63 engines fitted to Lancer Evolution models 1 through 9, offering improved valve control and reliability in high-performance applications.

Manufactured in the USA, these PACALOY™ beehive valve springs use an ovate single-spring design to minimise harmonic instability while maintaining consistent spring pressure throughout the lift range. Compared to conventional dual spring setups, the beehive configuration reduces valvetrain mass, improving engine response and stability at higher RPM.

The kit includes lightweight titanium retainers to further reduce reciprocating weight, along with precision shims to ensure correct installed height. For proper fitment, the factory shim must be removed and replaced only with the supplied shim included in this kit. This is critical to achieving the correct seat pressure and installed height.

This valve spring package is well suited to performance camshaft applications in naturally aspirated and forced-induction 4G63 builds where reliable valve control is essential.
