Raceworks EFP-502 External High-Flow Fuel Pump
The Raceworks EFP-502 is a high-flow external fuel pump developed for demanding performance street and track fuel systems. It is an 044-style pump designed to maintain strong fuel delivery as line pressure rises, making it suitable for high-boost, high-capacity and other high-demand engine combinations when correctly sized and installed.
Raceworks rates the EFP-502 at 310 LPH at 3 bar and 13.5 volts, while the product is identified as a 250 LPH at 5 bar pump. It is suitable for pump fuel and E85 applications and is designed to operate at fuel pressures up to 6 bar. The 60.5 mm body incorporates an external check valve.

Fuel-pump capacity must be matched to the engine's fuel demand, base pressure, boost pressure, fuel type and electrical supply. Use correctly sized wiring, relays, filtration and fuel lines, and confirm the pump's operating flow at the system's actual pressure. Raceworks offers a separate strainer kit where an in-tank installation is required.
This is a universal pump rather than a vehicle-specific direct-fit replacement. Professional fuel-system installation is recommended.
