DART Iron Eagle Toyota 2JZ Engine Block

The ultimate foundation for extreme horsepower builds, the DART Iron Eagle block is designed from a clean-sheet approach to address the known limitations of the factory 2JZ block while maintaining compatibility with OEM components and accessories.

Manufactured from premium 220 BHN cast iron, the block features significantly thicker cylinder walls, deck surfaces and outer case walls to provide exceptional strength under extreme cylinder pressures and high boost. Combined with billet steel 4-bolt main caps on cylinders 1-6, the Iron Eagle block is engineered to support engine combinations exceeding 2,000 horsepower.

Supplied with 11mm blind head stud holes, this version provides improved head gasket sealing by eliminating water jacket intrusion through the head stud holes. Additional performance features include revised oil passages for improved oil flow, scalloped water jackets for enhanced cooling, screw-in freeze plugs and provisions for OEM accessories, making it the ideal choice for serious street, drag, drift and motorsport applications.
