Raceworks 57L Combination Fuel Cell with 4.4L Surge Tank
The ALY-249BK combines fuel storage and surge control in one serviceable assembly. Its internal reservoir helps maintain fuel supply during acceleration, braking and cornering, while reducing external surge-tank plumbing.
Built for installation and servicing
Remove the pump hanger to assemble pumps and wiring on the bench. CNC-machined T6 aluminium construction, reinforced baffling, a double-anodised black finish and a 10mm hanger plate provide a rigid platform. A removable spill tray and lifting handles are pre-fitted.

Pump selection and fitment
Compatible feed pumps are: EFP-500, EFP-501, EFP-800, EFP-320, EFP-769, EFP-264, EFP-057, EFP-058, EFP-766, EFP-624, EFP-625, EFP-626, EFP-324, EFP-287, EFP-452, EFP-530, EFP-622 (no internal check valve) and EFP-723. The listed lift pump is EFP-089.
Pumps are selected separately. Confirm fuel compatibility, electrical control, venting and installation requirements. This cell as a direct bolt-in replacement for ALY-272BK and ALY-273BK.

Does ALY-249BK include fuel pumps?
Select compatible feed and lift pumps separately. The removable hanger supports 1–3 feed pumps of 38–40mm diameter and provision for two internal lift pumps.
Is it suitable for E85 and methanol?
Raceworks specifies Viton O-rings and Teflon in-tank hose suitable for E85 and methanol. Pumps, filters and external plumbing must also suit the fuel.
What does it replace?
Raceworks identifies ALY-249BK as a direct bolt-in replacement for ALY-272BK and ALY-273BK. Confirm mounting space, plumbing and service clearance before ordering.
What are the external dimensions?
