How to Apply

Complete the trade account application form. The form asks for your business name, ABN, contact details, business type and a link to your website or social media profile.
We review your application. Applications are reviewed by the Spool team. We will contact you if we need any additional information.
Account approval and portal access. Once approved, you will receive a link to set up your login credentials for the Spool trade portal and confirmation of your trade pricing arrangements.
Start ordering. Log in to the trade portal to place orders, view pricing, check stock and manage your account. You can still phone or email your orders if you prefer.
