SPIP Drop-Ship Tracking

SPIP Drop-Ship Tracking is an internal application operated by Ozecomify Pty Ltd, trading as Spool Imports.

It connects our authorised Gmail mailbox to our supplier shipment tracking workflow. With read-only Gmail access, it identifies supplier order confirmations and dispatch emails, verifies their association with customer orders in Cin7 Core and Magento, and sends customers operational tracking notifications through Klaviyo.

The integration does not modify Gmail messages. Uncertain order matches are held for review. Supplier invoices and accounting remain outside this automation.
