Turbocharged engines often generate high pressure, which can cause silicone hoses secured with universal screw clamps to slip. Our Billet 6061 CNC machined fixtures are designed for easy installation and feature double O-ring grooved sleeves for optimal sealing. The sleeves are secured with anodized aluminum clips, ensuring a robust and reliable connection.
The anodized clips are built for strength and longevity, suitable for various applications such as turbine ducts, intercooler ducts, cold air inlets, and other custom setups. The housing clamp is secured with two recessed hexagonal bolts for added stability.
